Facilities
The apartment is split across two floors. The entrance level houses the kitchen/diner and two bedrooms, while the living roomis upstairs alongside two further bedrooms.
The spacious living room has plenty of comfortable seating, fireplace, balcony with views across the village rooftops WiFi and a TV (french channels only).
The modern fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge with small freezer, washing machine and coffee pod machine
The dining area easily seats 8 on a mix of bench seating and chairs, and the table can be extended to seat 10 -12 if you have guests for dinner.
Location
The apartment is in a small property in a traditional building behind the church in a quiet area of the old town. The snow front is around 200m away, as are the shops, restaurants and bars of the village.

Bedroom 1 - Standard double with an en-suite shower and sink with WC. Situated just off the kitchen
Bedroom 2 - Twin / double with an en-suite bathroom with bath and sink and heated towel rail. This room also has stairs up to a mezzanine loft level with 2 x single beds - stairs not suitable for children.

Bedroom 3 - Childrens bedroom with low ceilings and 2 x single beds
Bedroom 4 - Master bedroom with shower and sink, great storage and space. Please note, this room has a low beam - mind your head!

Occupancy is limited to 8 guests, despite there being additional beds in bedroom 2.
Catering
Self Catered. Beds made for arrival, end of stay cleaning and a starter kit with condiments, olive oil and basic washing up supplies is included.
B&B: This property can also be offered on a B&B basis with a daily clean and starter kit with Clarins toiletries, olive oil, condiments and basic washing up supplies included (6 mornings, chalet host day off Thursday).
Part Catered: This property can also be offered as Part catered offering flexibility during your stay. This includes:
Breakfast on 6 mornings (continental including cereals and pastries plus eggs and bacon)
Daily afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams
3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine (based on half a bottle per person per night). Menus are sent out prior to arrival. You can nominate in advance of your stay the 3 evenings that you would like to be catered for.
Daily clean of your property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Thursday for Sunday to Sunday bookings)
